We coordinate with those participating prior to the service to ensure each contributor is prepared and the program flows smoothly. This includes organizing the order of speakers, confirming timing and expectations, and communicating when and how each person will participate.
By providing clear guidance and thoughtful coordination with participants and venue staff, we create a more seamless experience allowing your family and guests to focus on honoring and remembering their loved one without interruption.

We also provide on-site, behind-the-scenes coordination on the day of to ensure every detail comes together smoothly, managing timing, overseeing transitions between speakers, music, and special moments, working closely with the officiant, musicians, venue staff, and other participants.
